Scottish are helping out with advice
Телеграф, 02.02.2010

Scottish and Latvian businessmen have established the fund "The Scottish Latvian Foundation" with an aim to help Latvian businessmen to develop their business activities. The establishers of the fund do not promise large sums of financing, but they guarantee low interest rates. The idea to establish the fund occurred due to the current economic situation in the State. The Scottish-Latvian fund is a non-profit making organisation that has been registered in Great Britain. Janis Marsans, a representative of the fund, reveals that the establishment was not registered in Latvia to be independent from Latvian politicians, as well as to be closer to the potential investors.
