Venue: Radisson BLU Hotel Elizabete
Location: Elizabetes street 71/73, Riga
Time: 18:00 onward!
Cost: 15 LVL for members, 25 LVL for non-members, Children 5LVL (teams submitting a curry free).
British Chamber of Commerce in Latvia invites you or your company/friends to form a team and take your inspiration from Indian, Malaysian, or Thai cuisines and cook up a pot of curry!
*The team can be made up of 2 individuals;
*Submit your Team name and Curry description, and we will have a warming station ready;
*Make 15-20 full servings, so that roughly 100 people can have a small taste!
*Bring the ready pot of curry to the July 13th event;
*You can bring company banners/materials to display at your stand!
Rice will be provided! We will provide drinks, plates, napkins, silverware, (and alternative options for those who dont like spicy food).
Winning team will get a wonderful prize - 3 hour trip on a sailboat Karamba for up to 15 people www.jahtakaramba.lv
The curries will be judged by famous Latvian chef and owner of restaurant Vincents Mārtiņš Rītiņš, British Ambassador Andrew Soper, Kristīne Skripkauska from restaurant Indian Raja, Paresh Patel owner of Irish Pub Paddy Whelans and journalist Ieva Alberte!
Please let us know if you will be submitting a curry no later than July 9th so that we can prepare!
Tasters needed as well! Everyone is welcome to attend, sample curries, enjoy music provided by DJ Bench and participate in the raffle!
